Admissions Information

Applications for admission are reviewed by a Selection Committee composed of the Admissions Director, Program Director and Faculty. The Selection Committee seeks to admit students who have demonstrated academic and professional excellence. A student's commitment to public policy as well as their aptitude to successfully complete the rigorous core curriculum are determining factors of admission to the Masters of Public Policy program.

Admissions decisions are based on the evaluation of the whole application including letters of recommendation, academic records, test scores and statement of purpose. The goal of the Selection Committee is to admit those students who demonstrate a commitment to public policy and promise a future in utilizing their educational experience through the Masters of Public Policy. The admissions review process is a comparison of qualifications of all applicants to assemble a class diverse in political thought, background, experience and interest.
