FACULTY LECTURE: Feb. 9, 2012, 4:00 p.m. — Parole Revocation in the Era of Mass Incarceration
Uncover the relationship between the increasingly common practice of parole revocation
(the reincarceration of parolees) and the explosive growth of U.S. prison populations
over the last 30 years. This Humanities Institute Faculty Lecture is presented by Jeffrey Lin, assistant professor of sociology and

speak briefly about their pieces in the Faculty Triennial and answer audience questions.

faculty and adjunct artists from the school of art and art history working in everything

MUSEUM EXHIBIT: through March 16, 2012 — Borderlines
The DU Museum of Anthropology is hosting an exhibition of three photo-essays on the
U.S./Mexico border region that focus on some of the social and political challenges
facing immigrants, emigrants and residents along both sides of the border. Curated
by Erin McCarley and organized by the Colorado Photographic Arts Center. Museum is
