Mentoring
To help you grow professionally, we match all new faculty members with experienced counterparts for mentoring. You can request a faculty mentor—and provide information about specific qualities you'd value in a mentor—by filling out our mentoring form.

For more information on faculty mentoring, visit the Santa Clara University mentoring website, or read Advice for New Faculty Members by Robert Boice.

Our office also provides writing and research groups for interested faculty and collaborative faculty workshops. Past workshop topics have addressed publicizing AHSS' work, what granting agencies seek and getting a book published.
