Requirements for the minor

Philosophy minors must complete 20-credit hours of philosophy at the 2000 level or above.

As philosophy is the foundational discipline for all academic disciplines—all academic disciplines' discussions begin by asking philosophical questions—a minor in philosophy will complement any major.

Popular majors to complement philosophy minors

Many students also choose philosophy as part of a double major.
