As a student in the Department of Political Science, you can take advantage of hands-on learning opportunities such as internships, service learning classes and undergraduate research partnerships with our internationally known faculty. You also can participate in our Honors Program by writing a senior thesis.
Our goal is to provide you with a well-rounded learning experience—in addition to your classroom work—that will provide you with the skills you need to address real-world problems. These include:
