Following is a list of deadlines for various awards, leaves, and funding opportunities available for faculty, staff, and students in AHSS. (Additional dates will be added as they become known.)


Fall Quarter 2011

DUE DATE         DESCRIPTION

October         

                      3    Sabbatical leave forms completed by individual faculty members and submitted to
                            department chairs.

                    14    Department chairs submit sabbatical leave forms to the dean's office.

                    17    Mini-Sabbatical applications due to chairs.

November      

                      1    Mini-Sabbatical applications due to the dean’s office.

 

Winter Quarter 2012

     PEDS Quarterly discussion with staff to cccur this month

     18     Faculty Senate Professional Research Opportunities Grant due by 3pm

     27     Fall 2012 Course Schedules due

    • (Submit to Ginni Ishimatsu, AHSS Associate Dean)

February

      3      Tenure and Promotion Candidate Materials due to the Dean's Office

    • (Submit to Therese Mathis, Executive Assistant)

March

     15     Tenure and Promotion Divisional Recommendations due to the Dean

 

Spring Quarter 2012
