Cost
There is a special tuition rate for the Suzuki Certificate, Jazz Certificate, and Performer Certificate Programs. It is one half of regular tuition for degree students at the University of Denver. In addition to the special tuition rate, students are eligible to receive Endowed Scholarships that can range from $1,000 to full tuition and are typically specific for each individual student's area of study. For Artist Diploma candidates who have all of their materials complete by the deadline, and audition both successfully and on time, Lamont makes every effort to award scholarships to cover a student's tuition costs.
Financial Aid
All students applying for financial aid must complete the Free Application for Federal Aid (FAFSA). A Certificate or Diploma student is eligible to receive aid if they are enrolled at least half time (4 credit hours per quarter). This application must be submitted as soon as possible after January 1st, and before March 1st of each year of attendance to assure priority consideration for financial aid awards. Scholarships

Graduate Deans Scholarships are awarded to exceptionally talented graduate students. These awards constitute tuition waivers and are not restricted to instrument area of study. Recipients of the award can be awarded up to full tuition.
