The Artist Diploma program is a highly selective, intensive and focused program of professional studies designed to provide advanced training in the art of musical performance and interpretation, with a minimum of academic requirements, to highly accomplished instrumentalists, vocalists and conductors determined to pursue a solo career.
As a violin student, you have the opportunity to study with an extremely accomplished international soloist in Linda Wang, Jerylin Jorgensen and the concertmaster of the Colorado Symphony, Yumi-Hwang Williams. You will also perform under the baton of Maestro Lawrence Golan in the spectacular Gates Concert Hall. Metropolitan Denver is an up and coming place for the arts, so opportunities for professional growth abound.
Because studios are kept small, all master's students at Lamont study with faculty, and enjoy a wealth of performance time.
We invite you to explore our Web site to learn more about this exciting opportunity of studying music at Lamont.
