MA Media, Film & Journalism Studies

MS Advertising Management

The Master of Science in Advertising Management is joint degree program between the Department of Mass Communications and Journalism Studies and the Department of Marketing in the Daniels College of Business. This program is designed for individuals who want to build their marketing skills within the context of mass communications organizations.

The Master of Science in Strategic Communication is designed for students who want to build their skills or increase their understanding of the latest developments in the field of public relations.

Interdiciplinary Programs

MA Digital Media Studies

In fall 2012, the Digital Media Studies program and the Electronic Media Arts & Design program will combine to form a new program entitled Emergent Digital Practices. The new program will offer undergraduate BA and BFA majors as well as graduate MA and MFA degrees. MA International and Intercultural Communication

The Master of Arts in International and Intercultural Communication is offered through an interdisciplinary partnership between two large and active units, the Department of Mass Communications and Journalism Studies and the Josef Korbel School of International Studies. Students are able to choose from the breadth of coursework available in these two schools, while developing their own specific areas of concentration.
