Go Pioneers! The DU Men's Lacrosse Team Wins its First National Championship

DU Men's Lacrosse TeamOur University of Denver Pioneers won their first NCAA men's lacrosse championship, beating Maryland 10-5. This is the first men’s lacrosse title from a school west of the Mississippi. Nearly 500 alumni and friends attended the pre-game tailgate to cheer on the Pioneers. The University of Denver community has a new way to keep up with DU news. The University of Denver Magazine website——has been redesigned so users can easily find stories from the latest issue of the print magazine, as well as a regularly updated news section featuring "between issues" stories on campus life, academics, athletics, alumni and more. The new site also features a downloadable PDF version of the print magazine that can be read on iPads and other tablet devices.
