The best way to start your personalized educational journey at the University of Denver is to visit our campus - experience for yourself its beauty, vitality and deep commitment to scholarship.
Throughout the year, the University of Denver hosts information sessions and campus tours so you can feel the energy and
optimism surrounding this place as you learn more about:
- the admission process
- scholarships and financial aid
- academic programs
- student life
An Extraordinary Place
Our mile-high, tree-shaded 125 acres - set in a quiet residential neighborhood - features a stunning architectural landscape with the Rocky Mountains as a backdrop. Our campus is the ideal canvas for a vibrant intellectual environment.
You'll find yourself in a collaborative and experiential environment, among students and faculty who are determined to confront society's most pressing challenges.
Denver is a location that benefits learning by providing access to art, culture, business, recreation, service and science to enhance your DU education - which takes place outside as much as inside the classroom.
Campus Visit Options
One-hour information sessions are held twice daily Monday through Friday, beginning at 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Student-led campus tours lasting 1½ hours follow the information sessions. If you would like to speak with a representative from your intended major, feel free to request an academic appointment during registration. Accepted students can also individualize their visit by requesting to spend the night with a current student (available Monday through Thursday), and/or sit in on a class during regular quarter hours.
Fridays @ DU
On select Fridays throughout the year, programs run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and include an information session, a presentation on academic life presented by a faculty member, a campus tour and lunch on us. All students can personalize their visit by requesting to speak with a representative from an academic unit or department on campus.
