Visual Media Center
The Visual Media Center, formerly the Slide Library, provides images to faculty and students for the purposes of teaching, learning, and research. In addition to our 130,000 analog slides, we have built a repository of over 45,000 digital images for educational use. The staff and faculty of the School of Art and Art History have worked with the Center for Teaching and Learning to build DU Course Media, an application that provides students and faculty with access to various forms of digital media, including images, video, and audio files. The Visual Media Center also maintains two smart classrooms customized for dual projection of DU Course Media material. Anyone in the DU community can request to have images added to DU Course Media
