To make a gift of appreciated securities, please follow the instructions below:

1. Call the DU Office of Gifts & Records to notify us of your gift at 303-871-2311 / 1-800-448-3238 or by email: giftinfo@du.edu.
   
   Please confirm the following:
   • Types of securities and number of shares.
   • How your gift should be used by DU.
    
2. Instruct your broker to transfer the stock directly to DU's brokerage account (see below for details).

2. Mail the unendorsed certificate to the physical address below, along with a letter of instruction.
3. In a separate envelope, mail a stock power (signed and dated) for each certificate to the physical address below.
