What is the Mary Reed Society?
The Mary Reed Society is a lifetime giving society with membership granted to those donors who have made gifts to the University of Denver totaling $10,000 to $99,999. This society grants its members benefits such as invitations to DU events and various newsletter communications. Through the gifts made by members of the Mary Reed Society:
- Students from all over the country are provided with financial aid in the form of endowed scholarships.
- Esteemed faculty members are granted the academic freedom to push themselves and educate students through faculty chairs and professorships.
These examples are but a small sampling of the impact that a member of the Mary Reed Society can make with lifetime gifts to DU.
What do I get with my membership in the Mary Reed Society?

- The Society News, a monthly e-newsletter that highlights impact of gifts, profiles DU's programs, students, and faculty and provides a glimpse behind-the-scenes.
