DU Program Assessment
Report Writing Guidelines
Units will need to write assessment reports annually unless they have been approved to move to a two-year reporting cycle. In that case, an interim report will need to be submitted during the off year. The deadline for report submittal is usually around mid-December.
Reports submitted in December should cover the assessment findings of the previous year. For example, current assessment reports, which are due by December 14, 2012, should address the your assessment practices from the 2011-2012 academic year.
Use these forms, templates and guides to write your next assessment report.
