Conflicts of Commitment & Interest Disclosure

Annually, employees who are deans, directors, and/or officers at the University of Denver are required to complete a questionnaire regarding conflicts of commitment and interest.  The board-approved policy and the questionnaire are available for download on this page.

The 2012 deadline for the completed forms is August 31, 2012.  Completed forms should be sent to Sandy Kasahara, Office of Institutional Compliance & Internal Audit.

While deans, directors, and officers are asked to complete a questionnaire for this purpose annually, all employees are obligated to meet the requirements of the board-approved policy.  The policy requires an employee to report specified information to their supervisor in any instance where a conflict of commitment or interest may be perceived.  The policy also stipulates the obligations of employees who receive such information.  Such obligations include reporting key information to the Office of Institutional Compliance & Internal Audit.
