Evaluation Process for New Applications

The Division encourages project sponsors to use the Evaluation Guide to assess the effectiveness of new technology applications.

Post-implementation evaluation enables the implementation team to capture and communicate best practices, lessons learned, and to demonstrate the value of the new technology project – both quantitatively and qualitatively.
