Implementation Process for New Applications

The Division encourages project sponsors to use the Implementation Plan Guide to ensure the successful implementation of new technology applications.

Post-implementation integration (including launch communications and ongoing evaluation) can be key to the success of new technology applications. This is particularly true when there is a large number of people who will use the application, or when the application is relatively complex and requires a learning curve and certain expertise to use it effectively.
