Chris is a 3rd grader at the Mathematics and Science Leadership Academy and has been taking part in programs at the Columbine Bridge Project since 2013. Chris has fun while at Bridge and enjoys playing outside during the Summer Program. His favorite field trips are the ones where he's allowed to get wet. He also enjoys meeting with his tutor because "she helps me read." When Chris is older, he would like to work with all animals except elephants.
Hawa is a 3rd grade student at Valverde Elementary School and has been attending Bridge for three years. Her favorite part of Bridge is reading and jumping rope outside. When Hawa grows up she hopes to be a great doctor to help people feel good. She says "The people at Bridge are nice."

Abdifata is a 2nd grader who has been participating at Bridge since he was in ECE. His favorite class is Computers because they learn how to do cool things with technology. When Fata grows up he wants to be an FBI agent.
Manuel is a 5th grader at Steele Elementary School. He has been attending Bridge since he was in kindergarten. His favorite aspect of Bridge is computers because he "likes all the technology". Manuel enjoys math and playing football. When he grows up he wants to be like Von Miller because he is "awesome" at playing football.
Ali is a kindergartner and Quigg Newton's Student of the Month! Ali earned this title by earning the most number of positive acknowledgement tickets for all his great behavior. He certainly has become a role model both within his peer group and across the site. Ali's favorite thing about school is writing books. At Bridge, he loves doing homework and practicing his alphabet. When he grows up, he wants to be a reading teacher like Quigg's Mr. Chris.
This is Sabrin's first year with Bridge. Her favorite part of Bridge is the Smart-Girl program because "we talk about a lot of stuff that makes us feel good about who we are." She wants to be a doctor when she grows up.
Meet Bahati! Bahati is a 5th grader at Barnum Elementary School. This is her first year at Bridge and she loves to come because she gets help with her homework. Bahati also follows the "4 B's" of Bridge (BE respectful, BE responsible, BE safe, and BE proactive) everyday and has earned the most Positive Acknowledgements for the month of February. In the future Bahati wants to become a nurse to help others.
Meet Dieu! Dieu is a 4th grade student at Goldrick Elementary School. Dieu and his younger brother have been participating at Bridge for two years. He likes all of the groups he participates in at Bridge and being able to learn new things. When Dieu grows up he wants to be a teacher or a police officer.
