HOLOCAUST AWARENESS INSTITUTE
We have a limited number of trunks and in order to distribute them as quickly as possible to teachers throughout the region, we request your cooperation with the following guidelines:
Trunks will be delivered to the school office one to two days before the loan period and must be ready for pick-up in the school office by 8am on the final day of the loan period.
Trunks will be housed in the classroom of the requesting teacher and remain secure when unsupervised.
Trunks must be returned intact and on time. If available, through coordination with the HAI, a trunk may be used for a longer interval of time.
Teachers will be responsible for assuring the return of all the materials in good condition. Please check the trunks against the inventory list attached in the lid of the trunk. Check again before returning the trunks and mark any lost or damaged materials on the inventory form.
Teachers are asked to complete the short evaluation form and return it in the trunk.
Finally, we hope that use of our trunk will enhance both you and your students’ experience of studying the Holocaust! Please call our offices if you have any questions or would like additional guidance.
Please note that we have a limited number of Trunks and we will try to comply with your request as best as possible!
