Access Code Application

CME staff aspires to make the CME study/work center as student friendly as possible. We have installed a new security system to ensure your 24-hour access to the CME for academic and cultural purposes. To make this possible, we need your assistance and trust. In exchange for 24-hour access you will agree to the following:

Exclusive use of your personal code by you and only you. (You agree not to share your code with any other student, staff, faculty, alumni or visitor. You are solely responsible for your own code.)

For safety reasons, you will not open the door for anyone after business hours (4:30 pm - 8:30 am) who does not have a valid DU ID Card. Additionally, to ensure your physical safety, you will telephone the DU Safe Ride system (non emergency number 303.871.2334) to escort you to and from the CME center during the evening and early morning hours. If you have an emergency, contact 303-871-3000 immediately.

When group meetings take place, all attendees will log in their individual codes as each one individually enters the door.

After your individual/group use of the CME, you will clean up after yourself. (Leave the CME in as good or BETTER condition than you found it please.)

In an effort to avoid scheduling conflicts, your groups must continue to reserve the CME and conference room by filling out the Room Reservation Calendar.

NOTE: Please do not submit the Access Code Application more than once. An error message will appear but the information you enter the first time around is sent the our e-mail account for processing.
