Disability Access and Accommodations

Seating for persons using wheelchairs will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend arriving as early as possible.
Parking and dropping off passengers
Accessible parking will be available in all visitor parking lots on campus. The lots closest to Carnegie Green are 304 and 305, on Warren Circle, and 315, accessible from Evans Ave. State-issued handicap placards or license plates will be required for parking in disabled-accessible spaces.
For those who cannot walk long distances from other parking areas, a drop-off point will be available at the loading area on the east side of the Daniels College of Business. To reach the drop-off point, take University Blvd. south from Evans Ave. and stay in the right-hand lane.
Other accommodations
Sign language interpreters will be available. Guests who need large-print copies of the program may request them from any usher at the ceremony.
Wheelchair rental
The following companies in the Denver area rent wheelchairs by the day and week. All of these companies advise that individuals call well ahead of time to reserve a chair.
Persons or families needing wheelchairs are responsible for picking up and paying for the equipment and bringing it back to the rental companies. The University of Denver does not take responsibility for the quality of products or services offered by any of these companies.
