Rental costs (includes sales tax):

• Undergraduate students: $38
• Graduate students: $42
• Doctoral students: $47

Pickup times, dates and location:

• 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 5 and Wednesday, June 6, in Hamilton Gymnasium
• Emergency pickup (for graduate students only)—We've reserved time from 10 a.m. to noon on Friday, June 8, for emergency cap and gown rental for out-of-town master's and doctoral students only.

You're welcome to keep your mortarboard and tassel as souvenirs. If you'd like to purchase your regalia, contact Diane Phillips of Willsie Cap and Gown at 720-273-7729.

The U.S. Department of Labor requires us to gather information about the post-graduation plans of all DU graduates. Please complete your 2012 Graduate Employment Survey.

Tickets (required only for Undergraduate Commencement)

If you're an undergraduate student planning to participate in spring 2012 Commencement, you can get tickets to the ceremony when you pick up your cap and gown from 9 am. - 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 5, in Hamilton Gymnasium. Each undergraduate will receive five tickets for guests.

Tickets are not required for children 2 years old or younger.

Extra tickets

There will be extra tickets available. Extra tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis at cap and gown pickup from 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 5 and 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 6 in the Hamilton Gymnasium at the Ritchie Center. Graduates who need extra tickets should plan to be at cap and gown pickup on the morning of Tuesday, June 5.
