Registration:
Pre-registration and pre-payment are required for all AP* Institutes. Please read over our course policies then register for a course by completing the appropriate registration form as they become available.
Each Saturday will focus on a single faith. In the morning there will be an academic discussion of the foundations of each faith, as well as its historic and religious connections to other religions. In the afternoon we will visit a Hindu Temple, a Thai Buddhist Temple and an Islamic Mosque. There, qualified followers of that faith will conduct a question and answer session, and provide a unique perspective about that faith.
For the seventh year, this course will be instructed by Mike Prevedel. Mr. Prevedel has a MA in International Relations from the Monterey Institute of Foreign Studies. He taught social studies at Cherry Creek schools for 30 years. For ten of those thirty years, Mr. Prevedel taught a “World Religions” course.
