institutions of higher education or consortia of institutions of higher
education to establish, strengthen, and operate comprehensive and undergraduate
language and area/international studies centers.

World History Network The World History Network is in development as
a comprehensive resource for research, teaching, and reference in world
history. It will guide users at all levels to make connections in world
history through use of the World Wide Web.
