CTIR Fields New Office Team!

The new year has brought some exciting changes to the staff here at the Center for Teaching International Relations (CTIR), giving us a whole new range of experiences and expertise.  New additions to the team include Dan Meier and Tessa Carter, both graduate students at the Josef Korbel School of International Studies (JKSIS) at the University of Denver.  Dan is currently pursuing a degree in International Studies with concentrations in Human Rights and Humanitarian Assistance. And as the new Outreach Coordinator for CTIR, Dan will be strengthening our in-class mentorship program, developing unique volunteer opportunities, and organizing the new JKSIS student organization, the Initiative for Global Education Awareness (IGEA).  On the other side of the office, Tessa, an International Studies student with concentrations in International Education and Global Environment, will be responsible the CTIR publications unit.  We are looking at revising some of our pubs and exploring some other curriculum opportunities.  But if you order a CTIR publication, you will get to talk to her.
