Glossary

Diverse: refers to having a variety of forms or lands; various kinds of forms.

Historical inquiry: refers to written histories that "tell the story," from the simple to the complex.

Societies: refers to a group of human beings living as and/or viewed as members of a community; a structure system of human organization for large-scale community living that furnishes protection, continuity, security, and identity for its members.
