Language Programs
Directed Independent Language Study (DILS)
Are you interested in studying a language not offered at DU? The Center for World Languages and Cultures is developing a DILS program to teach students these languages outside the traditional DU classroom setting. DILS programs are highly effective for students who do not require credit for the languages they wish to study, who do not have time to register for traditional face-to-face language courses, or who wish to study languages not offered at DU. Language Offerings
All language requests will be considered. Language offerings will be determined based on amount of student interest and availability of resources. Confirmed courses of study for fall 2012 are Korean, Portuguese and Swahili.

Program Costs
This grant-supported program will cost $200 per quarter.
