Appointments, Fees, and Eligibility
Making the First Appointment
- Call our administrative staff at 303-871-2205 or
- Login to your MyHealth account for on-line counseling scheduling
Note: During peak times of year (e.g. midterm examinations and finals), it may take longer then a few days to receive your first appointment. If you feel you can’t wait, call our administrative staff and let them know. They will put you in touch with one of our counselors to determine the best next steps.
Paperwork
There is about 15 minutes worth of paperwork that needs to be completed prior to the first appointment.
- Arrive early to fill it out or
- Fill it out on-line through MyHealth
Note: if you fill it out on-line your counselor will not be able to read your information until you check in for the appointment.
Late Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy
Please cancel any appointment prior to 24 hours. A fee of $25 will be charged for any late cancellations or missed appointments.
