All DU students, regardless of their health insurance carrier, have the option to purchase the dental insurance plan through Delta Dental ($15/month). The plan must be purchased in the fall and is only available for a 12 month term. The $180 yearly premium will be due upon enrollment and cannot be added to students' tuition accounts. Enrollment forms are available at the Health and Counseling Center and can be downloaded below. Completed enrollment forms should be returned to the Health and Counseling Center. Payment will be accepted by check, cash and credit card. For any questions about enrollment please call the Health and Counseling Center at 303-871-2205. Please note that we do not offer in-house dental care. You will need to select a dentist through Delta Dental (see below).
