Medical appointments

The Health and Counseling Center uses a same-day appointment system for most medical provider appointments. You can schedule appointments online using MyHealth for most medical appointments. You may also call 303-871-2205 the morning of the day you would like your appointment. Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment to fill out any appropriate paperwork. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment. The HCC also charges a fine for no show and late appointment cancelation. Charges vary by visit type and could be as high as $85.

Appointments for annual gynecological exams, complete physical exams, travel medicine and specialists appointments should be made in advance. Specialist services offered include dermatology, gynecology, psychiatry and nutrition/dietitian. The specialist services require a referral from a HCC provider.

To schedule your first appointment with a counselor, please call 303.871.2205. After your first visit, your counselor will schedule future appointments.
