Physical Exams




If you need a physical exam or have a form that needs to be filled out, please call and schedule an appointment. Students should be aware that the Health and Counseling Fee may not cover this type of exam. However, students who have both the DU Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) and the Health and Counseling Fee are covered.
