Travel Health and First Aid Kit

Obtaining medications and supplies when abroad can be intimidating. Travelers may face language barriers or find that products they are used to are not available. We recommend that you pack your own first aid kit to take with you when you travel. The extent to which you supply your kit will depend on where you are traveling, how long you will travel, and what you plan to do while traveling. For example, a person staying in an urban area may need a less extensive kit than someone who will be backpacking in remote areas. These kits can be customized for each traveler depending on specific needs, including prescriptions for high altitude travel, severe allergies or other specific needs.
