Students will investigate budgeting and its impact on programs and policies. The dissertation process can often be confusing and overwhelming, especially for students coming from a cohort-based program. This course will assist students in turning a research idea into a polished dissertation proposal and provide strategies for making the process manageable and enjoyable.
