Coursework Plans
With assistance from their assigned academic advisor, students will develop an approved plan of study consistent with program requirements and their identified intellectual and career goals. This plan of study will be formalized on the appropriate program and degree coursework plan form. This form should be completed and submitted to the Office of Academic Services (OAS) at the Morgridge College of Education (MCE) as soon as possible after a student begins their first quarter of coursework. Students requesting a transfer of previously completed credits must turn in their approved coursework plan no later than the end of their first quarter of study.
Once submitted, the completed and signed coursework plan will be placed in the student's file in the OAS. This plan may be changed, based on new mutual understandings between the student and his/her advisor. It is the student's responsibility to submit the revised/approved form in the Morgridge College of Education's OAS Office for an accurate degree-completion evaluation.
Electronic versions of all coursework plans can be found below; please download the appropriate coursework plan for your program, edit and save the document to your computer and schedule an appointment to meet with your academic advisor for approval. Viewing these materials may require Adobe® Acrobat® Reader®
All coursework plan forms are also available in each program's handbook for reference.
