  • The Living City Block party in conjunction with the Denver Biennial. eMAD & DMS students created 5 interactive, informational “games” on kiosks on the themes of water, community, renewable energy, energy efficiency and transportation. The challenge was to create a relevant and memorable experience to bring the issues of cultural, economic, and ecological sustainability to the general public.

  • Associate Professor, Timothy Weaver + eMAD is featured in the exhibition "Embrace!" at the Denver Art Museum. Featuring 17 new works in a range of media, "Embrace!" marks one of the largest exhibitions of site-specific commissions in a U.S. museum. Professor Weaver + eMAD created a digital "triptych" installation project, synthesizing real-time solar wind and celestial, historic climate data interpretations, as well as voice and video information and projecting it into the theater-like Fuse Box space.      http://tweaver.biotica.org

  • Rafael Fajardo & Scott Leutenegger, Global Game Jam 2010

  • eMAD/DMS students partnered with the Living City Block in January 2010 to create interactive experiences focusing on the theme of sustainability. The Living City Block will create a replicable, scalable and economically viable framework for the resource efficient regeneration of existing cities. In doing so, it will help create regenerative and resilient cities that are culturally thriving, energy and resource hyper-efficient, and economically sustainable.
