Introduction and Status of Public Good Work at DU:
Nick Cutforth, Ph. ~ Associate Professor, Morgridge College of Education
Dr. Cutforth is a national expert in the field of Community Engagement. He has co-authored two books on Community-Based Research and supervised dozens of community projects with students and faculty colleagues and since 1999.

Anne P. DePrince, Ph.D ~ Assistant Professor, Psychology
Dr. DePrince received a Public Good Grant last year focused on interpersonal violence involving both children and adults. Dr. DePrince serves on the Public Good Advisory Committee and has also been
a Public Good and Service Learning Fellow.
Keith Miller, Ph.D~ Assistant Professor, Chemistry and Biochemistry
Dr. Miller continuously integrates service-learning projects in his undergraduate courses working with a variety of community partners, specifically Denver Public Schools and their science curriculum. Professor Miller is a Service-Learning Fellow whose research interests are in environmental
monitoring and water treatment technologies.
Discussion on Challenges and Successes of Public Good DU:
Susan Sterett, Ph.D ~ Chair, Political Science
Dr. Sterett has taught a multitude of service-learning classes and also received an inter-disciplinary Public Good grant with her colleagues on delivering services to people displaced after Hurricane Katrina.
