Internal Event Document After you have booked your venue(s) and ensured that all risk and contractual issues are taken care of, all the operational details of the planning process come into play. The department of Conference and Event Services (CES) has designed the Internal Event Document as a tool for campus Event Managers to ensure that all aspects of an event have been appropriately accounted for. CES strongly advises the use of the Internal Event Document as a means to organize all areas of the event and to provide back-up information to other people in your department that may need to step in for assistance on event day.
