Event Media Support

Audio-visual needs (LCD projector, microphones, speakers, etc.) can be arranged through Event Media Support. If you are unfamiliar with the equipment that you are using, you may wish to have a technician present during the event to ensure that all multimedia equipment runs correctly.

To request AV equipment or for assistance with your event, please contact Event Media Support at X16060. You may also click here to access the online reservation form.

UTS Needs

Guest network access is available for attendees that are not part of the DU community. In order to provide guest access (both direct and wireless) the DU Event Manager must submit an online request. Upon request, UTS will issue a temporary user ID and password for each individual needing guest access.

To request guest access, please click here and complete the request form. It is the Event Manager’s responsibility to distribute guest access codes to each event attendee.

Please consider the following regarding guest access:

  • Certain areas on campus (such as residence halls) do not have a wireless signal.
  • For security purposes guest access does not allow the use of VPN (remote access into another network). This is particularly important when events involve a guest speaker, so please make sure presenters have all files readily available (i.e. on a flash drive or on their laptop).
  • For more information, please contact the UTS help desk at X14700.
