Booking Guidelines
When booking a space, please consider the following:
- Check with the Building Representative regarding any specific rules and regulations for that space (i.e. catering rules, decorations, hours, etc.)
- Your booking start time must be when you, your staff and any vendors need to access the room. The booking must include enough time for your vendors (i.e. caterers, multimedia, etc.) to set-up, as well as time to prepare materials, and decorate the room.
- Similarly, your booking end time must be the time you will leave the room after cleanup, removal of decorations, etc.
- Every event that has a setup MUST have a tear-down. This means that the room should be cleaned, equipment is returned to its original location, and (if applicable) existing room furniture is returned to the default set.
- All outdoor bookings must be accompanied by a rain location. It is the Event Manager's responsibility to ensure that there is a back-up venue for outdoor events.
