This site is intended to guide you in the process of coordinating campus facilities and services for an internal event. An Internal Event is defined by the following criteria:
- The event takes place on the DU campus.
- All campus services for the event are coordinated by a DU faculty or staff member.
- Payment for all campus services (e.g. catering, work orders, rental, etc.) is made through an internal budget transfer.
- The event reflects the DU or departmental mission, or some other educational purpose benefiting DU or the department itself (usually approved by a dean or executive director).

Students planning an event through a DU student organization must contact the Assistant Director of the Driscoll Student Center for approval of the event and assistance with coordinating campus services. Please contact:

Visitors & External Parties
The University of Denver welcomes visitors and outside organizations to inquire about renting our facilities for an event or other function. Conference & Event Services is happy to assist you with this process.
