The University of Denver owns and operates 215 rental units immediately surrounding the University. All properties are within walking distance to the campus. Property features include: centralized professional management through Cornerstone Properties; on site maintenance personnel; on site grounds support for snow removal and lawn care; all units have both carbon monoxide monitors and smoke detectors; there are no utility transfer fees or headaches as the management company collects all utility fees which are paid centrally.
