Description and Statistics
The new Katherine A. Ruffatto Hall is home to the Morgridge College of Education (MCE), the Learning Effectiveness Program (LEP) and the Disability Services Program (DSP) at the University of Denver. Sited prominently at the corner of East Evans and High Streets, the building serves as a campus gateway. The building is organized around an interior public "Commons", provides a gathering space for MCE functions, as well as support for other functions of the University. With large windows opening to Evans on the south, and to a new courtyard on the north, the commons invites visitors to explor the activity within. The building is designed to achieve upwards of a gold LEED NC rating.
