Welcome to iServiceDesk. A work request is submitted to Facilities Managment through iSD. Our Facilities Dispatch Team then reviews the request to assure that ll pertinent information is included . When the request is accepted as a work order, that information is then routed to the appropriate trade for action. You will receive an email notification alerting you to your request acceptance and as a work order number is assigned to your order. You can contact our service desk anytime at 1-2200 for questions, or to update information about your request.
To submit a work request, go to the "Work Request" on the upper left menu and click on Submit a Request.
The following dialogue box will be appear:
Select your Facility from the dropdown; either UNIVERSITY OF DENVER, or OFF CAMPUS and click the Forward Arrows forwardbutton
Next, Select your Building from the dropdown
Note: At any point in this process you may click on the back button on your browser to return to the previous menu.
Enter your Name, Phone, Email information, ignore Repair Center and Select your Room/Space from the Dropdown. Enter your Org # if you know it. Ignore the "n/a"s.
Select your appropriate Department, then describe what you need done in the Request box. Click on Submit when complete.
