DU Employee Campus Tour
Thursday, July 10, 8:30-9:45 a.m.
This 75-minute walking tour of central campus will include highlights of DU history, facilities and campus life. The tour will start at the Mary Reed building and end at the Harper Humanities Garden. Registration is required; RSVP to email@example.com.
Performance Management: Setting Expectations and Goals
Tuesday, July 15, 3-4 p.m.
Whether you are a new employee to the University or you are a current employee or manager who would like a refresher on how to complete the Setting Expectations step of the performance management session process, register for this session. During this session you are provided with an overview of DU's performance management process, the online system, as well as tips and resources to aid you in meeting expectations and achieving success in your position. You will have the opportunity to ask questions related to the actual online system, as well as the process in general.
Performance Management Reminder for Staff
(July 8, 2014) The performance management year for staff runs October through September. Human Resources encourages managers and employees to complete the setting expectations portion of the online performance management form prior to the end of July (if you have not already done so). The year-end review process (self-assessment and review by manager) typically occurs mid-August through September. All performance forms are due prior to Friday, Oct. 10, 2014.
