  • Accept the financial aid offered to them on MyWeb.

Meet with an Advisor in the Office of Financial Aid one quarter before you plan to study abroad to discuss which types of aid may be applied to your specific program.

  • All study abroad students must have an Advisor sign their study abroad clearance form one quarter prior to their trip. The clearance form cannot be signed if your student account balance is not paid in full.
  • Student studying on a Non-DU program must bring a copy of the bill from the program to the Office of Financial Aid, as aid will not be released until the bill is received. It is the student's responsibility to pay any study abroad bill amount not cover by DU financial prior to the bill due date. Bills may be received by the Office by fax, mail, or email attachment.
