Alumni Boards

The Josef Korbel School of International Studies has strong alumni groups in both Denver, Colorado and Washington, D.C. These alumni are dedicated volunteers who are committed to strengthening this most important aspect of our alumni programs. Washington, DC

As a center for international policy development and program implementation, the Washington DC metro area has been a popular destination for DU graduates from international post-graduate programs. This growing concentration of alumni offers a valuable source of knowledge and has great potential to add to the professional growth of the University's students and alumni. Recognizing this, a group of interested alumni, in conjunction with the University, came together to form the Josef Korbel School of International Studies/DC Alumni Network. They have outlined the following objectives:

  • To provide an environment for professional growth to alumni and visiting students.
  • To further develop and create new connections with the DU academic community working on international issues.
  • To create a network of DU alumni that serves as a resource for professional opportunities and knowledge on international issues.
  • To assist DU students and alumni relocating or visiting the DC metro area.
