Scholarships, Fellowships and Grants

Early preparation is the key to success when applying for scholarships and grants. Students should expect to begin their search for outside funding at least one year prior to needing the funding. The Career Resource Center serves as a clearing house for information on scholarships, awards and fellowships including:

Paterson International Internship Fund

The Josef Korbel School of International Studies understands the importance of internships and field work. In this field, unpaid internships are often the norm. The Josef Korbel School of International Studies is committed to assisting students as they face the potential challenge of financing internships. This fund is available to current Josef Korbel School of International Studies graduate students who have obtained an unpaid, international internship. The Paterson fund will help subsidize an internship. Funding decisions are based on the cost of living in the internship location, the length of the internship, and financial need of the applicant.
