The GSIS Student Art Council

The Student Art Council provides a venue for students and teachers to give the DU community a glimpse of where they've been, what they've seen, and what they may have picked up along the way.

This year, we plan to run an art and photography competition during the Winter Quarter that will culminate in a banquet-stylee show where winners are announced and prizes handed out. All types of submissions are encouraged, from arts and crafts to photographs of landscapes, people, weather, places, architecture, buildings, etc.

By bringing together people from the School of Social Work, Daniels College of Business and the School of Intercultural Communication, we'll incorporate some friendly competition while giving everyone an opportunity to see what their colleagues have seen.

We look forward to putting on a great show and would love for you to be a part of it!

Tait Robinson (trobins4@du.edu) and Diana Higuera (dhiguera@du.edu) chair the Art Council, please direct any questions or queries their way.
