HUMAN SERVICES

This section focuses on three areas: service providers, service program summaries, and councils & committees. The first area presents a listing of all refugee and immigrant service providers in Colorado. It includes pertinent information on ethnic groups targeted by the agency, as well as addresses, phone numbers, and key contact persons. The service providers have been listed in three ways: by services provided, by specific ethnic groups, and by the state in which they are located. We first began researching these resources in 1993, although the data provided have been updated periodically as more current information has become available. The second area, service program summaries, provides detailed descriptions of selected programs in the region. Finally, selected councils and committees dealing with refugee and immigrant issues within the five state region are listed; addresses, phone numbers, and chairpeople are provided for each entry.
